In Episode 147, I'm chatting about how we all need to do a better job of speaking kindly to ourselves. Often, we show others more compassion, grace, patience, and kindness than we do to ourselves.
I want to challenge you to ask yourself the following questions:
1. What are five things you love about yourself?
2. What are four things you're good at?
3. How do you feel when you think about what you're good at? Describe those feelings.
When you're having a low day, come back to these answers to reinforce all that is amazing about you!
