Let the Adventure Begin with Chris Denker
Happiness or Contentment?
In this episode, I chat about a debate a friend and I had over which was more important, happiness or contentment. I explore what I discovered when I figured out that contentment is key.
I chat about contentment in four ways:
- Contentment is stable, while happiness is fleeting.
- Contentment provides inner peace.
- Contentment provides a deeper sense of self-satisfaction.
- Happiness is a byproduct of contentment.
